"Come Saturday morning, about 4,000 cyclists will be off and pedaling in the name of cancer research.

In its second year, the Pelotonia tour - a fundraiser whose proceeds benefit the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, including the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital - has drawn roughly 75percent more riders than it did in its rookie season.

Most have been touched by cancer, which, in many cases, inspired their participation in Pelotonia."
