A private college in Alabama has won a battle against state interference.

The Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) has received assurance from the Alabama Community College System that it will no longer make demands on Bethany Divinity College and Seminary to cease offering its associate and bachelor programs in religion, ministry, theological studies, and Bible.
