Cleveland churches and other houses of worship are becoming nurturing places for children with mental disabilities

"Performers dressed as a chef and a potato chase each other around a stage. Video screens display the lyrics as Christian kid-rock music fills the room. Throughout the sanctuary, children dance, raising their hands above their heads.
It doesn't matter that some of the youngsters have behavioral or emotional disorders. A joyous chorus of voices rises up as one singing, 'Oh happy day, I'll never be the same.'"
